ABOUT
Based on the Northern Beaches in Sydney, Liv Parker is a fast-emerging composer with a passion for game, orchestral, jazz and cinematic writing. In particular, she captures qualities from funk music styles as well as effectively communicating stories as a singer-songwriter. Liv’s interest in film and TV has fuelled her passion for screen composing. Liv is influenced by musicians such as Michael Giacchino, Herbie Hancock, Esperanza Spalding and Curtis Mayfield. Currently studying at the Conservatorium of Music in Sydney, Liv is in her fourth year of a Bachelor of Music, Composition for Creative Industries. She has studied under the guidance of Australian composers and conductors such as Paul Stanhope, Carl Vine, Alison Cole, George Ellis, Stephen Mould and Liz Scott.
